I had a problem with my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ I brought to Sage in Covina ca.because of my battery, Ive only had the pick up for about a year, so.let me tell you. My experience there was a pleasant one, first off I had called in earlier and made a 1:30pm appointment,I arrived about 1:15pm, Mr. Rodrigo Barros took my complaint serious and by the time I knew it he had the Sage staff Mechanics take my pick up to start the work immediately. After a short while maybe 15min Mr.Barros tells me that its going to take a couple of hrs and that he had a shuttle waiting to take to my home, that I would be receiving a call from him when the pick up was ready and that the shuttle would return to pick me up to take me back, well long story short the shuttle picked me up and on arrival Mr. Barros assured me that there was no cost, it was covered. I picked up my truck and everything was back to normal.

Everything went as promised… My only concern was when the service advisor told me not to drive around in sport mode so much. The problem with the vehicle was that it broke both front struts after 8000 miles. Shouldn’t the vehicle be designed to run in sport mode whenever wanted? I think maybe GM needs to look at and improve the front struts on the 2017 ZL1
